YOUR OPEN DAY! Sunday 5th June 2022

PERFORMANCES DANCING REFRESHMENTS CONVERSATION COMMUNITY

Coinciding with The Queen’s Jubilee and the recent anniversary of the 1972 Bickershaw Festival. Our little Village Club opens its doors to the wider community. Bringing with it a new lease of life to you and your family.

Led by Wigan & Leigh Community Charity and brought to life via consultations between the Local Community, The Village Club and Abram Neighbourhood Plan. We now have a destination to host all kinds of classes, clubs, talks and events.

The venue also becomes the new home of Pianos, Pies & Pirouettes Dance School and will be utilising the main hall to carry out its weekly timetable. The school will be delivering a showcase performance on the day and will be your chance to find out further information on how to become a part of the school itself.

As Bickershaw Village Club continues to function as a

club and all that brings, this key community location offers valuable spaces that can be utilised in any number of ways.

This Opening Day presents an opportunity to have your say on what that is and what it becomes. Your opinions really do matter and will shape the future of what happens here.
